- Drive business development and expand the HDS portfolio in priority European markets, aligned with the regional strategy
- Identify, prioritise, and progress high-potential opportunities across multiple countries
- Provide on-the-ground support to local teams during customer evaluations, pilots, and implementation phases
- Collaborate with country sales and clinical teams to ensure structured follow-up and consistent opportunity progression
- Share insights and best practices across markets to enable replication of successful approaches
- Support the execution of regional initiatives by translating strategy into practical, local actions
- Deliver clinical training and guidance on workflow optimisation and safe handling practices
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using Salesforce and support data analysis through PowerBI
- Degree in pharmacy, nursing, or a related clinical or scientific field
- Demonstrated experience in medical technology, oncology, pharmacy, or clinical solutions, with exposure to business development in multi-country environments
- Understanding of the pharmacy aseptic compounding environment for drug preparation and administration.
- Fluent in English, with at least one additional European languages required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures
- Strong sales and business development mentality, with a proven drive to build new business, open doors, and create market opportunities rather than solely managing existing accounts.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, PowerBI, and virtual collaboration tools.
