- Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
- Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform
- Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking
- Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform
- Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)
- At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry
- Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian and Spanish (B2 and up)
- Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check
- Customer Care experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, rotating shifts that may include night shifts, weekends, and public holidays)
🏠 Hybrid: Smart Working Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office) and great offices in Europe
💰 Salary: Starting from level 5° and above, with a salary range of 21k -27k gross/yearly in accordance with the National
Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)
