He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.He/She reports to In Room Dining Supervisor.Main duties & responsibilities:
  • Anticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest room service experience in line with our service standards
  • Supervise and manage F&B service in the room
  • Personalize the in room bar offer
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
  • Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
  • Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
  • HACCP certification
