You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.Specifically, you will be tasked with:
  • Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business
  • Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance
  • Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives
  • Target Operating Model Design

  • A master's degree in Management Engineering
  • Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
