Your talent opens opportunities​ and, together, we open worldsYour RoleFAAC Technologies is currently looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer for its headquarters in Zola Predosa, Bologna.As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will support the Quality Department in coordinating suppliers and verifying that quality standards are in accordance with company requirements.Key Responsibilities
  • Development, implementation and monitoring standards and/or best practices between plants
  • Perform regular supplier's audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Identify quality problems with suppliers and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Review supplier manufacturing processes and collaborate with suppliers on process improvement
  • Analyze the conformity of mechanical components using measuring instruments
  • Review of supplier quality performance
  • Support the local quality teams of our international plants, e.g. Ireland and Bulgaria and Germany
What do You need to be successful?
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar or related position (Quality control)
  • Knowledge of ISO 19011
  • Knowledge in analyzing mechanical drawings
  • Mandatory experience in using measuring instruments, especially 3D
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of PDCA approach
  • Preferred knowledge of PPAP, SPC, Gage R&R
  • Good Problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availabilty to travel abroad
