- Monitor and analyze Worldwide Client Service performance (SLA, KPls, E2E case analysis) through quantitative and qualitative deep dives, identifying root causes, performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, giving context and meaning to numbers through continuous interaction with Regions and Hubs
- Proactively identify corrective actions and optimization initiatives, ensuring timely implementation in collaboration with Regions and internal stakeholders
- Analyze trends, anomalies and deviations in volumes, costs and service levels vs forecast and targets
- Collect and integrate qualitative feedback through continuous interaction with Regions and Hubs, enriching data analysis with operational insights
- Build structured performance narratives to support executive discussions and strategic decisions
- Perform data cleaning, validation and construction activities, integrating and merging data from multiple sources to ensure consistency, reliability and usability for advanced analysis
- Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and reporting (Excel, PowerFront, Tableau)
- Prepare executive presentations with clear insights and recommendations
- Validate and perform checks on monthly invoices, ensuring consistency with volumes, services and contractual terms
- Stay up to date on market trends and innovations in luxury Client Service
- Degree
- 2/3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a luxury environment
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation and merging of large datasets, with the ability to structure and prepare data for analysis
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerFront, Tableau and Salesforce
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and executive presentation preparation
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear and impactful insights
- Well organized, proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
- Passion for luxury, fashion and client experience
