- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
- Work with internal Technicians and Engineering personnel to obtain timely turnaround of analysis and ideas to support customer needs and requests
- Cultivate and manage new sales opportunities from initial contact to close
- Learn and understand key client needs on an ongoing basis
- At least 5 years of technical experience in the Automotive & Motorsport business
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Be fluent in English
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Technically astute and able to comprehend engineering and design challenges faced by prospective customers
- Strong work ethic, and motivated to work in a high performing, results-oriented environment
- Ability to coordinate and work well with other sales professionals
- Willingness to travel regularly
