- Maintain the social media editorial calendar, following up with content owners to make sure we meet the high-performance standards.
- Produce social media assets (GIFs, Cards, short videos) and draft posts that reflect the style of the brand.
- Support community management, monitoring, and audience engagement activities.
- Keep track and support the channel manager to report on quarterly performance, and ad-hoc campaigns as needed.
- Act as a brand champion by promoting high standards for communication practices and supporting the protection of the brand reputation.
- Support the team in project management and stakeholder management
- Positive can-do & proactive attitude, being highly creative, and with the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Humanities or similar, available to sign a 6 + 6 month internship.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, strong follow-through, attention to detail and ability to take data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop and Canva).
- Knowledge of the main social media platforms in use today, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Video editing ability.
- Previous experience in the same role in a company or a communication agency is a plus.
- The right candidate will join a dynamic, stimulating, and creative team and will gain a unique hands-on experience on a broad range of social media and digital activities within the Corporate Communications team.
- Paid 6-month internship experience, with the possibility of further extension for 6 months.
