The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechatronics or Automation Engineering or similar and brings at least 3 years of experience in product quality or testing within the pharmaceutical or industrial machinery sector.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Testing Plan for each project in collaboration with Quality and Validation departments.
  • Design and implement test protocols for the full product range, including R&D prototypes.
  • Draft product test instructions and objectives (worksheets) for all testing and validation phases.
  • Participate in cross-functional risk analysis meetings to adapt Testing Plans to functional and safety-critical issues.
  • Collect test evidence, compile performance data, and provide input for product Technical Descriptions and user manuals.
  • Provide feedback and improvement proposals to technical departments based on testing outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on role-specific KPIs.
Tasks:
  • Define and document Testing Plans aligned with project requirements and standards.
  • Prepare and verify test protocols ensuring compliance with functional and safety specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and validation teams to ensure effective test coverage.
  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test results.
Required Qualifications:
  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Automation Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product quality or testing within the pharmaceutical or machinery manufacturing sectors.
  • Solid knowledge of testing procedures and applicable standards (GMP, GAMP 5, CFR 21 Part 11).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
