Then come work with us and be part of MSC’s family!OneVision Agency is our core IT department with the goal to provide our MSC entities cost efficiency solutions, to improve revenues and to enhance Customer Service and Quality.Within the OneVision Agency team and under its governance and methodology guidelines, the Project Management Officer (PMO) will work closely with Turin and Geneva program’s staff and offshore/nearshore teams to ensure governance processes are followed. Reporting to the Lead Project Management Officer in Turin, the PMO will contribute to the success of this transition and handle the administration of PMO processes and tools used by staff.Key Responsibilities * Management & Contribution
Administrate program management tools (Ex: SharePoint; Azure DevOps; PowerBI; Excel;)
Maintain a central storehouse of templates and documentation (SharePoint)
Maintain guides, templates, and project portfolio dashboards and tools to assist Development Managers in following the PMO procedure.
Coordinate the documentation flow and the involved departments to define a clear schedule for functional (e.g. software lifecycle) and non-functional (e.g. Vacation plan) processes
Support the design, implementation and operation of portfolio performance dashboard (Ex. Service performance, issues/ticket analysis)
Propose process enhancements for continuous improvement and process standardization, executing them in collaboration with involved stakeholders
Support program monitoring (timelines, deliverables, and implementation) and support program managers and project managers in organizing work and resource planning
Be a support for defining, maintaining and innovating internal processes
Set and implement standards across the team of the department and support project managers by providing analysis of project performance
Support Agile Transition in OneVision Agency stream
Ensure organization, new corporate processes, procedures and tools are followed by team
Support the team with IT Service Management, Knowledge Management, Risk Management, and ensure adherence to Document Strategy
Collaborate with Global PMO team performing quality control and reporting and maintaining project portfolio
Assist in governing project delivery, risk and issues practice
Be a contributor in the development of staff training and onboarding process and material
Additional Responsibilities
Deal with transversal issues, be proactive and pragmatic in solution findings
Support effective communication with program team and all involved stakeholders
Be autonomous within well-defined boundaries and capable of anticipating management requests according to previous demands.
