Offer DescriptionIn particular, the activities that the researcher will have to carry out are related to the development of the HyperModeLex project. Specifically, they will have to develop suitable legal-philosophical conceptual models that reconcile and resolve the potential tension between the development of digital normative systems in the infosphere, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, and the fundamental principles of the rule of law and democratic legitimacy.
