We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to join our team within Operations Service Line as Business Analyst. You will play a key role supporting BearingPoint Customers in the analysis and optimization of their industrial processes along the whole value chain, from Product Management and Engineering to Operations and After Sales / Service.You will be based in our office in Turin, with a hybrid way of working.What will you do?You will support the management on industrial and technology project in automotive and industrial sector.You will analyse vehicle use cases, business and manufacturing processes to identify and suggest potential improvements.You will prepare of the documentation to support strategic discussions and recommendations by the Core Project Team.You will create weekly Project Status Reports to track news, developments, criticalities, and achievements. Tracking and monitoring the implementation of the decisions and mitigation actions.You will build and maintain a comprehensive and updated knowledge repository on innovative collaboration tools to store all project-relevant documentation.Whom are we looking for?You have successfully completed a Master’s Degree (or an MBA) in Management Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Production and Technological Innovation Engineering or related fields.You have at least 1 year of experience, preferably from a consulting company.You are passioned about innovation and new technology trends applied to production industry.You are willing to continuously learn and research.You have a keen eye for problem solving and an analytical mindset.You are proficient in working with different and multinational people and culture.You are able to communicate both in Italian and English at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus).It will be an advantage, if additionally, you have:Skills in process & functional analysis, aimed to the definition of improvement scenarios for the target Clients.Basic knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and Enterprise Resource Planning concepts and systems.Basic knowledge Automotive and Industrial processes.Experience or interest on at least one of the following areas: Digital Strategy & Transformation, Operative Optimization, Distribution Models, Lean Banking, CRM (Campaign Management, Loyalty Management, Analytics), Customer Experience innovation & digitalization, Voice of Customer market research (Customer interview, NPS, Website behavior), Quantitative analysis, Robotic process automation.Good experience in Digital communication tools.We want to offer you a unique experience!You will work in a global organization that is large enough to offer a wide variety of challenging opportunities, but in a local community where everyone knows your name and is always willing to offer support.You will be supported to continuously grow and develop your career through regular discussions with your development manager, formal training, and direct project work.You will find flat hierarchies and a people-oriented corporate culture.You will work with other like-minded and creative individuals to develop new ideas that have the potential to make a real difference to the businesses we work with.We offer competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package, which includes meal vouchers, medical insurance and welfare program.About BearingPointBearingPoint is an independent management and technology consultancy with European roots and a global reach.
